Coach Joseph Potts is a former collegiate and professional athlete who is now the premier Sports Performance Coach in the Kansas City area. His resume includes three seasons as a Strength & Conditioning Coach in professional baseball with the Kansas City Royals organization. In his second season he was named the organization's Speed & Agility Development Specialist, with his methods in place the Royals Class-A minor league affiliates lead minor league baseball in stolen bases in 2008 and 2009.

With a degree in Exercise Science and a background in sports nutrition Coach Potts also currently holds the title of Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist from the National Association of Strength & Conditioning as well as the title of Corrective Exercise Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He combines this knowledge of nutrition and performance training to help his clients achieve their full potential while maximizing sports performance and preventing injury.
