Coach Paulina Perez is a former women's basketball player for Northern Illinois University. She was a 2-year team captain, achieving Academic All-MAC honors while earning a degree in Kinesiology and a Master's Degree in Sports Management.

 

After her playing career she joined the coaching staff, working as the Director of Basketball Operations. In that position she handled logistics, coordinated recruiting and assisted with player assessments in conjunction with the strength & conditioning staff.

Her background as a student-athlete, captain, and coach reflects her strong commitment to player development and helping athletes maximize their potential.
